Brand new trailing arm assemblies are fully assembles using all new parts, except for caliper mounting bracket and we are working on making that brand new as well.  Rotor is riveted on just like the factory.

Assembly contains:  New trailing arm, rotor, spindle, emergency brake shoes, stainless steel emergency kit, spindle flange, bearing support, french locks, dust shield, hold down with new bolt, rivets, front bushing, bearings, and seals.

Units are brand new, so no core needed.
